Forecasted days remaining alerts: The system estimates how many days of supply remain based on historical usage and consumption trends. When the forecast drops below the defined limit, an alert is triggered. Perfect for dynamic print environments.
Hybrid mode: A combination of both approaches. The alert is triggered when either condition is met first—whether toner levels fall below the defined percentage or the forecasted days remaining fall below the set threshold.
